Origin: California. Organic Hard Red Wheat is grown regionally (within the Northwest), then milled locally at Camas Country Mill in North Eugene. This mill is certified Organic by Oregon Tilth. The milling process does not heat the grain or flour, keeping the volatile oils and nutritional benefits intact and thus making this a raw product.
